Hi I'm having an issue with a website that has always worked in the past with Firefox with no issues. The issue is displaying the following message when I try to view the page: "Secure Connection Failed"

"Error code: MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_OCSP_RESPONSE_FOR_CERT_MISSING" This is a personal website that I've had up for years and it works with all browsers except Firefox for some reason now. It was if as a light switch flipped. It worked one night and the next morning it came up with this error. My web hosting provider checked it and said everything was good on their end. The site in question is for a band and has no sales or requirements any kind of personal information for people to view it. The website is www.cherokeehighway.com Can you please advise me? Everything else on my computer is legible except for that, that is, everything on the computer is 12 points but the bookmarks are at like 8 points. So there is a whole level of access and visibility control that's been tampered with. I could increase the font size on my computer by X% but that is increasing ALL the font sizes, and I don't need my entire desktop to be displaying 18 points just to get Firefox to display the bookmarks font size at 12.

I will need to point out that this issue exists on several machines, so it's not just one isolated incident.

accuweather weather radar has stopped working with firefox a month or so ago, but same radar works with chrome. I have sent the question to them, got back a ticket # and generic "we will look into it" right away. Nothing further from them further despite four more requests. I have tried deleting cache an cookies, typed their address into the search bar instead of using my bookmark, and one by one disabled add-ons, still no joy.

La barre d'adresse du navigateur devient flottante soudainement et sans raison. Et la page du site visité anvhi tout l'écran, faisant disparaître aussi la barre de tâches. C'est très gênant et pour faire en sorte que tout redevienne fixe, je dois tout fermer et relance firefox. Existe-t-il un moyen d'éviter cela ? Merci de votre réponse.

Hotmail.com can no longer be accessed properly, displays error message, Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead. If one accepts the security risk, one can then proceed to Hotmail.

BUT outlook.live.com takes you directly to Hotmail.

Why??

Is MS trying to make me change email services??

Firefox has been working fine, but today when I clicked to start, I received an error message. "The file or directory is corrupted or unreadable." When trying to uninstall Firefox, Windows cannot find the uninstall helper. When I try to download a new version, I receive an error message: "Couldn't download - virus scan failed." Windows Security reports are all good. A scan found no viruses. Firefox will not open at all.

I click my firefox icon and I can't get my aol subscription to see my home page. It looks like aol has been crossed out. why is this happening. My internet is turned on I think.

I tried opening a website and get the response .... his problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

How can I get this website to not have a problem loading the page?

Lately, each morning when I turn on my desktop computer (Ubuntu 24.04) and load Firefox (138.04) I find all the icons in the task bar are black/gray, without the usual coloured icons.

I can click on each icon and the bookmarked page loads, and so does the coloured icon. But this is a little painful, and it's odd that I have to do it.

But I am wondering how to set it so the coloured icons stay (like they always have done in the past). This problem has been going on now for a few months in 2025.
